Most of us growing up in Malaysia can probably remember having this gooey but yummy, runny eggs for breakfast, topped with a dash pepper and soya sauce during our childhood. Thanks to the many kopitiams that have sprouted all over the place, getting a nostalgic taste of this breakfast staple, usually paired with toast is usually not too difficult, and the best part is that you can enjoy it any time of the day. For those hankering for a taste from the comforts of your own home, here’s an easy recipe to get you started, using nothing but OnZen eggs (but of course!) and some condiments.
